CAMS - Condo Association Management Software

CAMS is a PC based condominium management software application designed to manage all of the non-financial functions (owner information, work orders, parking permits, document violations, etc.) performed by condo associations and HOA's (Home Owners Association).

CAMS is designed to be easy to use by people who have little computer experience. The application uses terms and concepts familiar to people who have experience working in a community association such as board members, property managers and volunteers.

If you currently have your owner data in an electronic form such as in a spread sheet such as Excel or other database software such as Microsoft Works, we probably can load this data to CAMS to save you a significant amount of time typing the data in.
