Following are the major functions performed by the ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE INFORMATION component of CAMS

  1. You setup the system by defining the types of approved architectural changes such as the types of hurricane shutters (accordion, roll down, etc.). Doing this prevents someone from entering a type of architectural change that has not been approved.
  2. For a unit with an approved change, you enter the type of change approved and the date approved and any comments that you like.
  3. If an architectural change is defective (for instance the clam shell shutters are faded and need painting) or does not conform to the standards, you click a check box.
