CAMS
Community Association Management System
Following are the major functions performed by the COMMON ELEMENT component of CAMS

  1. You setup the system by defining the locations such as pool, clubhouse, building numbers etc. where you want to keep track of repairs or replacements for the Common Elements.
  2. You define the types of changes that you want to keep track of such as replacing gutters, gables, roofs, etc.
  3. You create an entry for each location for each type of change that you want to keep track of and the type work appropriate for the change as either Replaced, Needs Work or Fixed. Optionally, you can identify a project that will enable you to group all common element locations for all types of changes on a single report. Following are some examples of how you would use these features.
  1. The Common Element component of CAMS will help you manage and answer the following types of questions.
