Point your mouse to the CAMS v3 Demo link below and click the right button on your mouse and select SAVE AS from the pop-up menu to save the CAMS application to your PC. Note that this is a demo version and some key functions will no longer work after 4/1/2008. Also, the Architectural Change Approval, Violation Letters in MS Word format and form letter for Units with Option 2 checked will not work because the document templates are not included in the demo.

Download the version of the demo that matches the version of Access installed on your PC. You MUST have Microsoft Access installed in order for the demo to run.

After you download the file, when you attempt to open the file by double clicking on it, you will receive a pop-up window entitled "Open File - Security Warning" asking you if you want to open the file and advising you that some content from the Internet might not be safe.

To stop this warning from appearing, right click on the CAMSDB.MDB file, select PROPERTIES from the pop-up window and click the UNBLOCK button in the lower right corner of the pop-up window.
