CAMS DEMO
Download the version of the demo that matches the version of Access installed on your PC. You MUST have Microsoft Access installed in order for the demo to run. You might find it easier to create a directory under MY DOCUMENTS to store all of the downloaded files. We recommend a sub directory named CAMS.
To download the demo, click on the CAMS v3 Demo link below that is appropriate for the version of Microsoft Access that you have installed on your PC. Note that the demo has pre-loaded data which will enable you to more easily determine what CAMS can do. However, if you want to use CAMS for your association you should download the file below under the Production CAMS heading.
Note that the Access 2000 or later version is appropriate for PC's with Access 2000, Access 2003, Access 2007 or Access 2010 installed. If, when starting CAMS, you receive a pop-up message noting that CAMS was created in an earlier version of Access and asking if you want to convert to a later version that you should answer NO. You will only receive this question the first time that you start CAMS.
Remember to download the CAMS manual accessible from the CAMS Manual button to the left.
After you download the file, when you attempt to open the file by double clicking on it, you may receive a pop-up window entitled "Open File - Security Warning" asking you if you want to open the file and advising you that some content from the Internet might not be safe.
To stop this warning from appearing, right click on the CAMSDB.MDB file, select PROPERTIES from the pop-up window and click the UNBLOCK button in the lower right corner of the pop-up window.
DOCUMENT TEMPLATES
Right click on each of the document templates below if you would like to use Microsoft Word templates for your document violation letters and then click the SAVE TARGET AS option from the resulting pop-up window.
PRODUCTION CAMS
Click on the appropriate link below and then select the location on your PC to save the file to. Remember to also download the document templates if you want to use Word templates for your document violation letters.
