Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. The following only represents some of the license terms and the complete and definitive licensing terms are in the CAMS LICENSE AGREEMENT. You have a 14 day money back guarantee from the date of the license agreement for license charges only. Any support charges or migration/conversion charges are not refundable. Payment is net 30 days from the license agreement date with a $25 late fee and interest at a rate of 18% per year for late payments.

License Charges

The Base License charge to use CAMS is $1.00 per unit in the community with a minimum license charge of $300.00. The Base License includes all functions provided by CAMS Version 3.0. This license charge is a one time charge and not a yearly charge. It is possible that at some future date an optional, annual maintenance fee will be required. The annual maintenance fee would provide enhancements (new reports and capabilities) and fixes for some errors. Currently, enhancements and some application fixes are provided at no additional charge.

NOTE - Effective 6/1/2008, the base license charge will increase from $1.00 per unit to $1.25 per unit.

The license price includes 2 hours of no charge training or installation support which is provided on-site in Palm Beach County or via phone (customer pays toll charges) and e-mail for other locations.

The license price also includes 20 billing units (see below) of telephone support which must be used within the 1st 30 days after the purchase of the license, i.e., the date that you sign the license agreement. There is no charge for support for any problems caused by a defect in the CAMS software at this time although this is subject to change without notice.

Migration/Conversion Support and Charges

If you currently have information on your owners, renters or certain other information tracked by CAMS in an electronic form such as in a Microsoft Works database, Excel spread sheet or certain other electronic forms then it is probably possible to import this data into CAMS which will save your staff a significant amount of typing. CAMS Support may be able to do this for you. Migration support is billed on a time basis at the rate of $50 per hour. For a typical association, the time required to do this is about 3 hours. Contact CAMS Support to discuss your particular situation. You must have an Internet connection for CAMS Support to perform the electronic conversion and migration.

Support Charges

Support charges are currently $5.00 per support billing unit. A billing unit is 6 minutes or any part of 6 minutes. By example, a support call that lasted 10 minutes would result in a charge of 2 billing units which, at $5.00 per billing unit, would result in a charge of $10.00.
