Following are the major functions performed by the RENTER INFORMATION component of CAMS
- For each unit you can define renter information such as renter name, screening date, lease dates, permanent address for seasonal renters, emergency contact information, vehicle/permit number, etc.
- In addition to the current renter, if any, you can also see previous rentals for a unit.
- Some of the renter reports available include;
- Leases expiring in the next 60 days.
- E-mail to all renters with an email address if you have Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Mailing labels for current renters.
- Report of current renters by unit.
- Report of previous renters by unit.
- New resident report based on screening date (also includes new owners and co-occupants).
