Community Association Management System
The major functions performed and managed by CAMS include;
- Owner, renter and unit information (Names, addresses, phone #'s, water meter #, etc.)
- Work Orders (requests to fix or replace something)
- Changes or repairs completed or required by the common elements
- Document violations and fines
- Membership voting
- Owner & renter mailings
- Architectural changes and architectural change requests for individual units
- Permanent and temporary parking permits and vehicle information
- Miscellaneous functions such as unit keys kept in the office, pet authorizations and voting certificate information
- Supports the use of electronic notices for owners who have authorized you to send electronic communications in place of notices sent via regular mail.
- Over 60 reports are provided to support the above functions including reports that measure the effectiveness of your maintenance staff, owner phone directory and mailing labels
All information is entered and/or edited using electronic forms. Just fill in the blanks. The Admin function in CAMS is used to customize the CAMS application for your association. You use the ADMIN function to enter your association information (name, address, phone #, etc.), the types of violations (Pets not permitted, etc.) appropriate for your association, the types of architectural improvements approved in your association (Accordion storm shutters, etc.), the priority and types of work orders (Light out - Hallway, etc.) that you want to track and other similar types of information. CAMS is very customizable to reflect your association's specific needs.
